Everyday different types of crimes happen across Karachi. These crimes are frequently reported in the news and social media. However, there is no source of getting all this data in a consolidated format for the citizens of Karachi. In order to make the citizens feel more secure and confident about their safety, we introduce the DataBricks app. DataBricks is a predictive policing app which will inform you regarding the risk of crime in your locality. Crime data is not available in a visual appealing manner to the citizens, businesses, law enforcement and researchers. Thus, we employ statistical techniques to predict, preempt and eventually prevent crime. We aim to eliminate the risk of getting mugged or robbed for citizens by specifying safe, ok and danger zones across your locality, This version will focus on pinpointing ATM locations in Karachi which would be classified within the three categories as mentioned above. Using crowd sourcing methodologies and past crime data, we make an attempt to make the citizens more crime informed.
