How to setup Chelseas apk for android
- For Android 4.0 or higher:Please to Settings, look down to Security, and select Unknown sources. Choosing this choice will enable to install apps download from the internet.
- For devices running on lower Android 4.0:
Please go to Settings - open the Applications option, and select Unknown sources, click OK on the popup alert.
Chelseas Description
A test bed for the Kelendria SVG transcoder ( https://code.google.com/p/kelendria/ ), the Chelseas SVG viewer and editor gives users the capability to import SVG documents stored on their Android sd card into the application. The application uses the Kelendria transcoder (which is currently in its alpha phase of development) to create bitmaps from the SVG documents for display to the user.The user can also edit SVG documents on the fly and see the changes immediately in the Chelseas viewer.
This application is intended to evolve along with the Kelendria SVG engine to provide a proof of concepts user-interface to the bespoke SVG specification implementation.
Note to users:
The Kelendria SVG engine is a new development project and currently supports about 60% of the features in the SVG specification (about 80% of the features required for EPUB 3). The following features are supported in this early alpha release of the software.

The Kelendria SVG transcoder is open source software but it is not free software. Contact the developer for a license and the source code.
