RideHail Plus Description

RideHail is a Driver created Rideshare assistance App developed to help Riders and Drivers of services such as Uber and Lyft find each other easily for Pickups on first approach. This app quickly turns your Phone's Screen into a strobing Beacon Light with popular Rideshare services coloring that will make you stand out to an approaching Driver.

Rideshare Drivers are heavily targeted and ticketed for picking up riders in no stopping zones, bus stops, and taxi zones to name a few. These are very Hefty fines that come straight out of the Drivers pocket and affects their driving record. Even when you might think no one is around to ticket the Driver they can still receive a ticket in the mail. Several Cities have now installed license plate reading Cameras on their City Buses to ticket Rideshare Drivers who pickup or drop off in Bus Zones. So here are a few pickup location tips for Riders. Tell your Driver that your RideHail Developer and fellow Driver suggests 5 Stars for the use of these tips!

1. Please find a safe place AWAY from and clear of:

•Bus Stop Zones

•No Stopping Anytime Zones (Look for Street Signs Posted)

2.Some GOOD areas to request and wait for pickups are:

•Passenger Loading Zones ( White Painted Curbs ) These Zones are common at B.A.R.T and other Train
Stations, in front of some high traffic office buildings, and Hospitals.

•Loading Zones ( Yellow Painted Curbs )

•The Middle Portion of a Street/Block (We are generally allowed to put our Hazard Lights on and double park
away from street corners to pick up passengers.

•Another Good place in Major City Downtown areas to request a pickup is from any near by Hotel Valet Parking pull through. A lot of these areas have "No Stopping Anytime" zones out on the Major Front Street for example: (Market St. Downtown San Francisco, CA)
