Abro Radio Description
Abro Radio is an online Radio Station, broadcasting 24/7 throughout the year. We are affiliated with the AbroMedia Institute Students’ Union (AISU) and are completely run by the students .We now run on a completely automated system from our studios, located on campus, Dansoman where we have a professional on-air broadcast room and an adjoining production studio. This allows us to run into the night with our specially selected music Playlists.
Abro Radio is a great way to kickstart a career in the media and we have quite a roster of alumni. Former Abro Radio members include Justice Forson of Joy News, Prince Portuphy of Metro TV, Multi TV’s Angelina Nkrumah, Frank Amankwa of Metro TV, Perpetual Abebrese of TV Africa, Samuel Macaulley of Multi Media, Albert Hagan of TV Africa. We love to stay in touch with our own, so if you are a Abro alumnus please get in touch to say hello.
